Id Software PDA
At the Excavation site, before fighting old ugly, take the left pathway and look at the wall to eventually find an ID symbol. Press R to reveal a room with a PDA containing thank-you e-mails from the makers of Doom 3. It won't get you anything special, but its just fun to read.
